Program Pillars
What We Do
Three pillars. One goal: a Lesotho with less crime and more second chances.
Our programs run inside correctional facilities, in schools and in communities — reaching people before, during and after incarceration.
Flagship Pillar
Reintegration Programs
Release is the beginning, not the end. We help ex-offenders resettle, earn a living and reconnect with their families so they never have to go back.
Skills, vocational and further education training
Income-generating projects and small-business start-up support
Resettlement and links to service providers
Individual & family counselling and spiritual guidance
Campaigns in schools, communities and facilities on drug abuse, gangsterism, human trafficking, fraud and gender-based violence — told by people who have lived it.
Counselling, psychosocial and spiritual support for inmates, visits to inmates and their families, and education for young people at the Juvenile Training Centre.
We bridge the rift between victims of crime and offenders — offering visits, counselling and relief to victims, and restoring kinship between ex-inmates, families and communities.
A crime-free society through extensive rehabilitation of inmates, ex-offenders and victims, awareness on HIV/AIDS, GBV and mental health, and deterrence of potential perpetrators.
Our Vision
To bridge the rift between victims of crime and their offenders, and restore kinship among ex-inmates, families and communities.
01
Respect
We value every human being regardless of sex, status or colour, and treat them with dignity and professionalism.
02
Inclusiveness
Our programs serve inmates, ex-offenders, victims of crime and the community at large.
03
Accountability
We take responsibility for the wellbeing of the people we serve and the safety of the wider community.
04
Commitment
We instil hope and give emotional, psychological and economic support — and advocate deterrence of crime.
