Our reintegration work takes place in communities, working directly with ex-offenders after their release. Its goal is simple: to prevent re-offending through social and economic empowerment, and to build a network of support for ex-offenders across the country.
What we offer
- Skills training and further educational or vocational training for ex-offenders.
- Economic empowerment through income-generating projects, and linking ex-offenders to service providers.
- Resettlement of ex-offenders.
- Individual and family counselling, and spiritual guidance and support.
- Clothing and personal care items — basic needs such as hygiene materials.
- Crime prevention awareness.
- Reintegration through Community Brigades.
Why it matters
Stigma and a lack of income are among the biggest reasons people return to crime. By helping ex-offenders start small businesses — as we have done since our 2021 small business initiative — and by supporting families to welcome them home, we help make the change last.
How to get involved
