In 2022 and 2023, the Open Society Initiative for Southern Africa (OSISA) supported CRROA in the fight against Covid-19 within the 11 correctional facilities of Lesotho, across 10 districts, targeting inmates.
Crowded facilities left inmates especially vulnerable during the pandemic, and the program built on CRROA's long experience of health awareness work inside correctional facilities.
